A QR code is a square graphic that redirects to a specific URL when scanned by a camera. It’s placed on the restaurant table; customers scan it and the menu opens.
What happens when a price changes?
Update the price in the panel. The QR code stays the same; customers always see the new price when they scan. No reprinting needed.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. Modern smartphones open the menu directly in the browser when the camera is pointed at the QR code. No app download required.
Can orders be taken?
Yes. The MenuMax Pro plan includes table ordering. Customers can place orders and call the waiter through the QR code.

One QR code or one per table?
You can create a separate QR code for each table. This way orders and waiter calls are matched to the correct table.
Does a QR menu completely replace a paper menu?
That’s entirely up to you. Some restaurants use both; others go fully digital. Both options are valid.
