These Terms of Use govern the digital QR menu service MenuMax (menumax.com.tr). Provider: SERCAN ALYURT (sole proprietorship). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. Privacy rules are in the Privacy Policy; payment and refunds in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

1. Scope of the service

MenuMax provides software features for restaurants and cafés: digital menu publishing, QR access, and (depending on plan) multi-language menus, table ordering and waiter call. No physical goods are sold; the service is delivered electronically.

2. Account and content responsibility

  • Business name, menu texts, prices, allergens, images and other content in your account are your responsibility.
  • Published information must be accurate, up to date and lawful; allergen and ingredient data are especially critical for guest safety.
  • Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.).

3. Artificial intelligence features

MenuMax may use artificial intelligence (AI) for menu creation, translation, item/category descriptions, allergen suggestions, calorie estimates and finding images.

  • AI can be wrong. Suggested names, descriptions, ingredients, allergens, calories, price copy or photos may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading or unsuitable for your venue.
  • You must review and correct AI output before publishing. You alone are responsible for the accuracy of menu content you publish.
  • MenuMax is not liable for harm arising from incorrect AI allergens, images, names or descriptions; AI is an assistant, and final review rests with you.
  • For health and allergy claims, rely on your kitchen knowledge, supplier labels and legal duties—not on AI suggestions alone.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, disrupt the system, attempt unauthorised access or host unlawful content. Accounts may be suspended or terminated where needed.

5. Plans and payment

Free, Basic and Pro plan scopes are shown on the site and in the panel. Paid plans are charged via iyzico. See the Cancellation and Refund Terms for cancellation and refunds.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Accuracy of menu content, allergens, prices and images belongs to the business account. To the extent permitted by law, MenuMax is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or data loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page. Material changes may be announced in the panel or by email.
