These Cancellation and Refund Terms apply to MenuMax digital service sales (QR menu software / yearly plan). Payments are collected via iyzico. Turkish businesses may pay by card or bank transfer in the iyzico form; international businesses pay by card only.

1. The service

  • Free: limited categories, items and monthly QR scans. No charge, so no refund.
  • Basic: 1,500 ₺ + VAT / year (international €35, VAT-exempt as a Turkish export of services).
  • Pro: 2,000 ₺ + VAT / year (international €50, VAT-exempt as a Turkish export of services), including waiter call and table ordering.

Sales to businesses outside Turkey are treated as a Turkish export of services and are VAT-exempt. To document the exemption we require the legal company name, tax / VAT number and billing address (street, city, postal code) before checkout.

The plan is activated as soon as iyzico reports a successful payment. This is not a physical-goods sale.

2. Withdrawal

Under Turkish consumer distance-selling rules, a 14-day withdrawal right may exist for consumers. MenuMax is a digital service performed immediately in electronic form. Once payment succeeds and the plan is opened on your account, performance has started. If digital performance started with your consent, the withdrawal right does not apply.

Therefore we do not refund an activated plan because you changed your mind. Exceptions (duplicate charge, technical error, payment without activation) are below.

3. Cancellation

  • To close an account before the year ends, write to info@menumax.com.tr. Unused time is not refunded as a rule.
  • Leaving the iyzico page before you pay means no charge and no plan.
  • A failed or cancelled payment does not open the plan; you may retry.

4. When we refund

  • Duplicate collection for the same order.
  • Wrong amount charged because of a system error.
  • Money taken but the plan was never activated.
  • Other cases required by law.

Email the business name, account email, payment date and iyzico / bank reference. Approved refunds go back through iyzico and your bank, usually within a few business days. Card statement timing depends on your bank.

5. Used service and upgrades

Using the menu, QR or (on Pro) ordering after activation means the service was performed. Upgrading Basic to Pro charges the Pro price; unused Basic time is not paid out in cash.

6. Complaints
